Sam Foti specialized in Finance and Investments in his post-graduation from University of Pennsylvania. Ambition, expertise and knowledge helped him ace all through his career. Joining the MONY group in 1988 as the National Director of Agency Operations and was promoted as the Vice President in 1991. The MONY group is a financial institute and is an expert at financial protection and wealth management.
Samuel J. Foti is now the president and COO (Chief Operating Officer) of the MONY group and looks over the operation functions within the group as well as the sales and finance functions. He is also heading non-insurance subsidiaries under the MONY group in a supervisory role including Enterprise Capital Management.
With an extraordinary strategic vision and a long term orientation, Samuel Foti has taken the MONY group to new heights. Under his excellent leadership, many business critical initiatives have been undertaken. He was the brain behind introducing an early retirement program and reduction of costs under the overhead of sales expenses which eventually lead to significant revenue savings – that has resulted in improved financial standing of the MONY group.
